Crookabeck Angoras - Mohair products in the English Lake District

Mary Bell has been breeding Angora Goats in the English Lake District since 1988.

Their exceptionally fine mohair fleeces are spun, dyed and sold in the Farm Shop as high quality knitting yarn. Visitors describe the mohair shop as a real Aladdin's Cave, full of brilliant shining colours.

Recently Crookabeck kid mohair has been spun, knitted and dyed into soft, comfortable, hardwearing socks now available to buy online.
